No Refund after 30 days

Mancosa s service is pathetic and had deteriorated so bad,i requested my refund on the 05th of March after paying an excessive amount to them. i was told it will take 30 days to be processed till today i m struggling to get my money ,i get the same respond "Kindly note that your refund is still with management and should be processed shortly" When i call the Durban branch i m told they will check and get back to me till today nothing

I want my money i don't know why is difficult to refund me my money .

I filled all the forms and i was told it has been approved and it will be refunded
