No one takes accountability for their staff's negligence and students takes the fall.

I am a post graduate student at Mancosa (student 149547). I am extremely disappointed in the matter your student services as well as your assessment centre has handled my query. I made an inquiry with regards to my project financial management in November. The matter was suppose to be escalated for further investigation. I am still waiting for feedback. No one is taking accountability for the negligence.

I have liaison with your student services so many times but my query is not being attended to. The live chat is even worse as they work on assumptions and not facts, moreover it takes them days to attend to the queries. I was studying with a company bursary and you are costing my bursary as well as an additional fee for me to repeat this module. This has furthermore posed a strain on my studies. Your school is very expensive for such you to treat students in this matter. I was suppose to register for my MBA with your institution but now am not certain any more. I really need someone to take accountability for the negligence.
