No one is giving valid feedback

No one is giving valid feedback. No one is acknowledging anything. Feedback is so terrible and disconnect. I was offered to write my final exan, and it is only allowed if you pass assignments mark and if you qualify. I received overall pass rate for the year and passed my final exam. Why if Mancosa makes my mistake, why must i suffer. I had to take leave to write an exam which i pass, now they telling me i need to re-register and pay. Why waste my time and mislead me. This must be escalated. I feel its best this should be submitted as a complaint by the board and bureau. I was given extract to read and it statess that final exam is only granted of you have met criteria, i cant be held responsible for there lack of stucture and not updating there assignment result. We all have struggles during this pandemic. The App is so delayed too. Please can the system and the support to looked as everyone feedback differs too. So tired of studying here. Cant wait to finish - support to give correct and aligned guidance and feedback.
