No management

My husband has been studying via Mancosa for 2 years now, he has never had an issue until now. He wrote his projects and apparently failed and had to rewrite but no communication was given, he was unable to attend an exam and we requested an aggregate exam and no communication was given again. Although I called every week to no avail. I called on the 20th of May to enquire what was going on and what could be done and was promised a call back and nothing. I called again and again and still nothing. Yesterday I called again and was told there is nothing they can do. his aggregate exam request was declined as a work emergency is not good enough of an excuse. If you look at my husbands history with Mancosa you will see he never failed or missed an exam ever and we have always ensure everything is done properly, yet Mancosa is not prepared to listen nor can you speak to management to get more answers. He has t register for his final year and payment was due yesterday but we are unable to even resolve the last semester so what now Mancosa?
