No Invitation Email or Call for the Graduation Ceremony!!!

I have been calling Mancosa about my graduation date from January 2018 and always told i would get an email invitation.

I called on the 3rd of April to follow up on this and was told the graduation was taking place in 4 days time and in durban. I tried to book for accommodation and it fully booked everywhere. I had to settle for a very expensive hotel just to attend the ceremony.

I drove to durban on the 5th and when i called following up on the invitation on the 6th of April about the venue and time of the ceremony i was told would get an invitation before cob on Friday. On the 7th i checked in the morning and there was still no email. i called and no one answered. I drove to durban from jhb for nonsense and wasted money on petrol, accommodation for nonsense.

This is by far the most unorganised institution i have ever come across, i Have missed my graduation and spent a lot of money for nothing. No one has ever contacted me to follow up or to check if the invitation was received or if i made it to the graduation. I am totally disgusted by this institution.
