No help YET AGAIN!!!!

3rd complaint in 2 weeks..... I CANNOT get hold of anyone at MANCOSA.... my account has been sorted out... yet I STILL do not have a statement of my Results for my degree... which has been requested and I cannot access my student portal.... I am livid at the incompetence levels of this college yet they advertise that they are the best..... I don't see why I need to drive there to get something done!!
