No feedback on application

I submitted my application on 19 July, and despite going back and forth and repeatedly submitting the documents and information being requested, I am still not receiving the assistance I need.

The student advisors assigned to me often become unresponsive, and I have to keep following up for updates. On top of that, my advisor keeps being changed, which makes the process even more frustrating and difficult to follow.

I am honestly very frustrated with the situation because I keep being given hope that my application is progressing, only to be left waiting and having to chase for feedback again and again. I would really appreciate clear communication, proper assistance, and a definite update on the status of my application rather than having to constantly follow up.
