NO ASSISTANCE!!!

I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from Mancosa , it clearly seems like an institution that is only after a students finance and no way able to help or assist a student that needs it! after mulitiple emails and queries for over 2 months I have received any proper feedback only the run around , you call and hold for over 20 minutes at a time and no one is able to assist - I followed total guidelines given to me on an assessment and was still marked below average- you dont get any responses or assistances from lecturers!! Mancosa DO BETTER! Paying for an education is difficult enough without having to repay for modules!
