No assignment marks and exam is in 10days

For 2 weeks I have been calling and emailing mancosa Jhb assignment section for me to get my marketing results and I have not been helped yet. On the 16th we attended our last workshop in PTA and most students got their marks and most student failed and are re submitting. I also called to be emailed my marked assignments for the other 2 subjects but still no response. How am I supposed to study for exams that are in 10days without even knowing what I did wrong in assignments. This is so unprofessional as I have paid my fees for the year and I am given this unfair treatment and now its too late for me cancel my contract with mancosa. I will never advice anyone to study at mancosa
