No accountability and support to students - Unprofessional staff

It is very frustrating to deal with any query in this institution, their helpdesk staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have dropped a call twice on my ears this morning without any cause of such a concern. Needed to write an exam in November but the exam was not open - neither did I receive the timetable. Suddenly after the calls the timetable has been uploaded and they say I need to re-register when I started enquiring in November about my exam date. Rujeleo Tereka is one of their worst and rude staff members and she refused to even give me her bosses details as I needed to escalate my issue. They have sent me from pillar to post instead of resolving my issue.
