No academic support at all

Everything up until this point has been good but after requesting help/ academic support it seems the institution is ***********. I am doing a BBA Honours degree and have submitted all my assignments and started receiving my marks back. My results were lower than I expected and thus I tried to contact academic support to figure out where I was going wrong/ how I could improve in the upcoming exams. First the ticket logging feature on the app did not work and thus I contacted my student advisor who said to email the student support directly. I did this almost 4 weeks ago; eventually after two weeks I got someone to listen to me and organize a marker to go through my assignment with me and since then it has been radio silence - 14 days of silence to be exact. I have emailed 3 different people, was assigned multiple support consultants and called in over the last four weeks and it has all been futile. The call centre consultant said she would call me back the next day to check whether my complaint has been resolved - that was last week. I have logged a second ticket as my first one seems to be getting absolutely no attention although I have been assured it has been "escalated". What is the point of paying so much just to receive no actual support when it is actually needed? Maybe after a public post I will actually be helped.
