Mzukisi Tyhokolwana_advisor "Inefficient"

I app**** for my B.com Honours in SCM, I paid the deposit and was told by Mzukisi Tyhokolwana who is my so called advisor that I should get my study material shortly after I make the deposit. I did that and I'm still waiting on the study material to be emailed so I can start with my studies. I'm getting fed up with running around can calling him the entire time. He is wasting my time and money, please can someone else assist me with somethiung so simple yet it feels as if I'm asking for my exams marks when I'm just asking for study material which is due to me.
