My concerned with Mancosa

Hi My name is Thembisile Carol Zikalala student number 504767 I am not happy about the service that I received from Mancosa especially student support and their managers. Firstly I was sick and supposed to submit KCQ and failed to complete 2 modules because I had 5 modules to do, when I went to mancosa to see a dean they reffered me to Sipho Hlatshwayo. I submitted proofs doctors note and EAP letters but Mancosa did not help me. I received my time table with 3 modules which I have to write including the 2 modules that I did not submitted the KCQ and phone Sipho Hlatshwayo and others from Mancosa they told me to continue with exams of which I did. Two modules of the three that I supposed to write was clashing and I also phoned Mancosa for clarity and they told me to choose one module on that I want to write and the other module will write as supplementary exams. The choosing of module was done online on mymancosa student portaI. I even spoke to Doctor Mansingh on 27 May 2020 from Mancosa she said I must continue with my exams regardless of not submitting my KCQ because it was not my fault I was not well, if anyone asked I must reffered them to her. On the 14 July 2020 I suppose to write the other module that was left as supplementary exam but there was no paper online for me to write and phone Mancosa student support they said there are checking, I called them several times and they said they reffered the matter to their managers and they will call me back. I waited until the online paper finished but no one call me back up until now. This is my last year now and I am getting problems with Mancosa. No one is helping me at Mancosa even the managers. I know that my account is in errors of one modules which I did not write financial management 2B because Mancosa did not upload the online question paper for me to write. It their fault I did not write my exam, my understanding is even you did not pay the school fee but you have to allowed to write exams, only the result that they won't give you. Really I don't understand what this institution want from me, I tried to follow everything they told me but still it doesn't help me. There are lot of people I referred to study at Mancosa but now I don't think I will make that mistake again because of all the problems I come across Mancosa poor service I will take this matter to higher places because I am fed up with Mancosa.
