Must I die before getting my results and academic record. Where is my mark for SCM 3A

As a student of mancosa I would say this was the worst mistake of my life enrolling at that institution. Only first year studies were without a hassle, from then on it has been a constant struggle. Their communication channel being the worst, I have been waiting for my results for more than a week, sent endless emails that are ignored by their student services, I called and call center rings unanswered, I always have to call the johannesburg number in order for me to be transferred and still get no help. Because of mancosa my bursary has been forfeited.
