I regret having enrolled with this institution so much that I wish I was done with my course already. Their attitude and willingness changes the minute you are enrolled. The get so cold and unprofessional.

Pretended to be a prospective student and I was treated professionally and answered to very fast. All changed when I confirmed that I am an enrolled student.

When Reregistered the modules the price was inflated instead of R4383 per module I was charged R5050

Called so many times to query this and each time my airtime ran out.

This institution has me really wondering if it’s not a fly by. How can the staff be supportive just until one is enrolled.

With this institution one has to worry about fees, exams, technical issues and arrogance from the staff. Ask them a simple question and they will refer you to the net or support material while screaming in your ear Read the material. Not supportive at all.
