money comes first

Mancosa does not care about their students, what matters is them making money. I completed my degree last year and have outstanding fees, because of the pandemic it hasnt been possible to pay off the fees. I requested for a letter of completion to be sent but they are refusing, telling me to settle my fees. Its not like I asked for my results and certificate. Most universities have no problem giving out a letter of completion even if fees are outstanding. Not everything should be about money MANCOSA, I know a lot of students are going through this
