Modules exemption/credits

I am extremely frustrated with Mancosa. I started my 1st year in 2022 with a different institution that I will not mention here and passed three modules: Microeconomics, Business Mathematics, and Introduction to Business. I provided all necessary documents to my student advisor, Thuso, to credit these modules. He confirmed via email that the modules would be credited.

However, Mancosa failed to update my results, and I was incorrectly registered for 1st and 2nd year again. Now, in my 3rd year, my new student advisor, Nonkululeko, says the exemption department claims my previous modules are not sufficient for 3rd-year continuation.

I am outraged. I passed Business Mathematics with 65%, Microeconomics with 58%, and got a distinction in Business Introduction. How can Mancosa justify not crediting me? Did they intentionally let me proceed with 1st and 2nd year without advising me of the issue?

I demand a proper explanation from Mancosa.
