Module Refund

Please kindly assist me for the refund of System Analyst Module the sum of R3850.00. That was made during the error caused by the college on the first semester of our last year 2019 where they failed the whole class mistakenly and fortunately enough the college rectified it while we have already paid the sum. I have tried to seek help from the college but they are not willing to help me. I even tried to call them telephonically but no helpful response.
