Module not appearing on the dashboard

I enrolled for Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management. I called them regarding an Advanced Project Management Module that is not appearing on my desktop, they promised to come back to me and they didn't, I'm supposed to submit the project and I cant. the due date is on the 6th of November and now I don't know what to do. My Student number is 127403
