Mixed feelings

So I have mixed feelings, On the one side Mr Zuko Silevana, is epic. He is professional, caring and goes out of his way to assist me. I had a death in the family and missed my KCQ2 because of my personal attachments. Mr Silevana then assisted me and advised me how to request an appeal. Really well done and empathetic to my plight.

After this though once the matter was handed to the relevant departments there was only one message of condolences and no further assistance or feedback to whether the appeal was rejected or anything. I had to go back to Mr Silevana and then someone contacted me again to say its been processed. Lo and behold, the I get an e-mail informing me the ticket is closed and whether I was satisfied. meanwhile I had no feedback positive or negative, it was just closed off.

So for Mr Zuko Silevana 10 out of 10. Give this man a raise. Otherwise, I am disappointed with the service.
