Missing Project Mark

I had missing project marks for a module , and after numerous attempts of trying to get it sorted out I eventually resorted to logging a complaint on Hello Peter. I was contacted personally via a call within minutes of logging my complaint by Anila Pillay who assured me that the matter will be dealt with swiftly and she lived up to her promise. Within 24hrs the matter was resolved, Anila handled my query with the professionalism I wish was done the first time I raised my query. Thank you for your assistance, you can't believe the relief I now have after 2 months of struggling.
