missing assignments and horrible service from MANCOSA

I submitted my Human resource development on the 08th April to this email address ********** the reason being that I could not log into mancosaconnect and the reset password option did not work and I got the email from that platform. Now Mancosa claims that they cannot find my assignment and I have proof of the email I sent and from their side, I was tagged on an email where a staff member was making the assignment department aware of the assignment. I emailed Mancosa numerous times before my exams making them aware of this and they never responded, I wrote my exams where I spent R1000 per day on accommodation and transport plus I had to take leave from work but now it looks like I am going to fail the module because of their own doing. I have spoken to around 6 of their staff members an no one helped and when you ask for someone superior they don't want to give details. Is Mancosa deliberately missing our assignments so that we can pay +-R9000 to repeat a module?
