Missed kcq

I was sick from late August to September, visited the doctor 4 times in September and once in August, was also referred to a Specialist and with work piling up as an addition I missed my KCQ's that i am required to do. The issue here is that Mancosa now requests that i re-register for all my modules i missed, my fees where paid in full by my employer and i dont have money to do so, my employer will need a refund and still I'll not afford to pay them plus continue studying. Mancosa is refusing to assist in allowing me an opportunity because according them my situation is not serious enough I should have either been hospitalized or had a death in the family in order for them to consider opening the KCQ's for me. I know of someone whos child was in hospital for 2 days of the 21days and was granted an opportunity to do his KCQ's. Its unfortunate that i was not hospitalized but visiting the healthcare facility 4 times and being referred should be the same as hospitalization. From March to Sept my family had 3 major deaths including one on August should I rather submit death certificates also in addition to me still being sick
