MASS MONEY MAKING! BAD SERVICE

I've been trying since last year to get a deferral due to personal reasons which I've emailed the student advisor about. SInce I've enrolled, I was only able to complete 2 KCQs in 1 module (Introduction) and hence I made the arrangement to not go ahead wth the rest of the course. I've been told at the time that yes, I can go ahead but need to settle my fees account which I then done, on top of ot I was then advised that I needed to make payment for my "deferral" which in total came to over R8000. Due to no one then getting back to me and leaving this till January, I then get contacted by accounts to pay for a course that I had no participation in. No one from the institution contacting you or finding out if there's any student support than can be ordered. Instead I'm having to pay again and again, My last shot was wanting to get deregistered from the institution and I've been told again I have to pay a fee. It's been another month and no one comes back to me. This is more of a money making thing than anything else. I've never wasted so much money and not getting a thing in return. Bad service !!!!!
