Mancosa you guys are just honestly exhausting.

How do I pass and fail a module!! I qualify for the module pass but because I fail one assignment now, I need to spend more money that I didn't have just to finalize my graduation. I left Rosebank after 2 years of pointless studies to try a proper institution first you guys weren't able to credit me modules that I already completed, I decided fine I will restart it. 2 and a half years later now I need to redo a module that I don't have the funds for. So close to the end of my journey now there's more issues. Final year and final semester but no its just hell. You guys don't answer any calls then when you finally get hold of someone, they aren't able to help you whatsoever. No sympathy, no solution just a frustrating you need to repeat a module then on top of that you guys want to give me a deadline to when the module needs to be paid. I have sent out numerous mails at this point to studentservices and not even a response! Just an automation message that comes with no feedback. At this point I need to get in touch with competent people that can provide me with a better reasonable solution to my issue. I am not looking for the typical answer to not assist me. 5 years later and I still don't possess a degree.
