MANCOSA USELESS SERVICE!!!

Mancosa is by far the worse college I've ever had to deal with. Durban branch ********** 200 /64/65 never answer the phone. The debtors department is also useless. I've been trying to change payment option for more than a week now with no luck. I don't understand what is difficult about changing a payment option, as if I'm not going to pay. For crying out loud what do I need to do to get proper attention and service??!!!
