Mancosa unreasonable

Reported that I mistakenly uploaded my notes in place of my assignment, helpdesk mentioned to have forwarded to assignment department, nothing was done about it and notes marked as assignment, failed by 9% and requested to re-write at a fee. What happened to my query, ignored?
