Mancosa Univerity

Good day.

I’m not happy with the service I received from Mancosa I paid for the registration of carrying Module on the 12 of February and no one told me that I need to make a full payment of R3 820 hence I only paid R2 050 thinking that I’ll pay the remaining balance in 2 installment and now I call I was told that the assignment are out ive since paid and no communication from Mancosa I had to call every time and I’m told someone is going to call me and that never happens and now assignments are out which are due very soon and I’ve not received my stationary or anything.

When I sent my proof of payment I was supposed to be told that in order for me to told that I need to pay in full in order to complete my registration and only today I found out that the assignments are out and my fees are outstanding. Non-the less I’ll pay the remaining balance of R1 800 month end March 2021 can I have my module up-dated on Mancosa connect as I need to start preparing for these assignments.
