Mancosa uninterested in the studying careers of their students and portray *********ness

I've been studying with mancosa for 3 years now and i've had issues with feeling that they **** students for money when they want resubmissions for formative assessment 2, my first incident happened a year ago i think where i was asked to pay R250 for a re-do just cause the assignment was typed neatly and snipped and only the formulas! then they told me it states in the handbook that it cannot be typed-i never seen that and im looking till date-my results were held until i paid and infact i was given a plain 0 when i actually ended up with 100% upon remarking when i had typed the formulas. This is my last year, a resubmission needed to be made for a module that everyone seemed to have done bad in due to a email sent throughout stating we will be given a second chance, no stating that we'd have to pay again, upon the results being released its a day before the actual osa and i called in for results- they said it would be released that evening so you would know whether to take the OSA, upon being released that evening i had seen a 15/30 passmark which is why i sat for the OSA-that day after the osa i checked the results again to have seen a drop to 5! i called in, i was advised no changes have been made and that theres no glitches in the system, and i was not being believed, i had then sent them proof as i screenshot my receipts and results most times. I was told to send through to student services, they said they will review with the marker and if the results come back as 5 nothing can be done, i will not be ****med by this institute when i rightfully saw my marks and have proof of it, They then proceeded to call me a week ago i think however i was extremely sick and couldn't talk, the lady advised to call the no on the email which is a normal mancosa no not a direct one- ive left an email upon speaking to someone that says email they have a 24-48hr turnaround time, i have not gotten a call back till date, i believe that i am being unfairly treated and i dont know that no changes have been made on mancosas side, i will not fail a module based on your errors or your system issues, i do want this addressed and taken to the right powers because this is the most ********* thing to do to someone's studying career. it shows the utter lack of care for their students futures and studies as i get emails sms's constantly to pay for the second submission yet no one is contacting me for the *********ness of this institute to explain why and HOW MY MARKS GOT CHANGED.
