Mancosa uncontactable student advisor

I am considering pursuing a qualification with MANCOSA but can't get a student advisor on a call with me which worries me because if I can't get one now, what is the support like once someone starts studying? One advisor emailed me and claimed that they had been trying to reach me on the number supp**** (which is correct) so now they are emailing. I had not received any calls from Mancosa and requested that she call me and to this day still no response. Furthermore, I called them and was put on hold for 16:17 trying to reach an advisor... this is worrying especially for a distance learning college which should have the best communication infrastructure given the nature of the institution.
