MANCOSA - Unapproachable

Hi. Really not having a good experience with MANCOSA. Trying to appeal an assessment but unfortunately the individuals I come through to are unhelpful, don't seem to listen and are not interested in helping/hearing a student. Please put me in touch with a manager at MANCOSA as the contact details I've been provided with are blocking me coming through to someone senior. I have no intention of blasting MANCOSA on a public platform so if you can reach out to me privately, this will be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately at this point, I've exhausted my existing MANCOSA channels, hence me posting this on hellopeter.
