MANCOSA the new UNISA - no difference in service

I re-registered and paid for 3 modules on 25 January 2018. To-date, I am not registered and have not received study material. Today, 08 February 2018, I received an email with an assignment reminder that I have an assignment (for a module whose study material i have not received) due on 15 Feb 2018.

I doubt MANCOSA cares but I do want some resolution. Either I get my money back or I get an explanation and resolution to this.
