Mancosa the biggest education institution ****mer

I have had problems with Mancosa since 2021 , my son has been registered with them since 2019 to date , our problems started in 2021 when when we lost family members during covid 19`( his grandparents) and he requested for assignment due date extension since he could not submit his assignments , The institution refused and instead made him repeat all the modules and whole semester was wasted , 2022 students were complaining that they were made to fail assignments bujt when they do revision the lecture will give the same answers that they failed in assignments , when I went to raise these concerns i was told that i need to have screenshots of everything im querying as evidence. Screenshots of submitted assignments as proof that assignments were submitted , they denied that they block students from seeing their assignments results if there is still an outstanding fees until the student miss the resubmission deadline leading to the student not quilifying for exams then repeating the module.

2024 we are dealing with the same problem , they have blocked his portal he cant see his assignment results , they say he did not submit assignments , we have screenshots of every assignment submitted and the message that his portal is blocked .

This institution should be investigated by the department of higher education they are *********.
