Mancosa system and administration failure for online students

Assistance with queries takes more than a month, I had trouble trying to upload an assessment now advised I will have to re-register and that costs me a lot of money for a module I pass. Project was due and I delayed by a day only to find I couldn't upload yet it is possible to send them till 5days later but rhis one didn't go now I am told they can't help yet I escalated query on the apps. No quick assistance for online students.
