Mancosa Student Services is ridiculous and not helpful

I am currently a student at mancosa and they had terrible customer service, they take over an hour to answer there calls and they don't respond to my emails. I have called mancosa numerous times and they keep disconnecting my calls. I am trying to register for one module and no consultants can help me register. The switchboard operators arent helpful and before you can explain what you want they put you through and you are on hold for over 20 minutes before you're call gets cut. This is ridiculous service from mancosa
