MANCOSA STUDENT ADVISORS WHO CANT HELP

Mancosa re-registration department staff are so useless. I have been trying to re-register to complete my Post Graduate in Project Management Diploma since 2022 December. They will never come back to you irrigardless I have stated so many years over and over that the online registration doesnt complete and they will promise to assist and never get back to you. I paid registration 2024 January and I was unable to be registered or get communication irrigardless I called for study material and all. Then I was told to align the program when only Mnagement Accounting was outstanding they did not help me, now I am told I need to redo the whole program. When I asked why Ayanda asked which program, so their system does not show what I am registered for? How will they assist if they don't know what I am registered for? She escalated to student advisory and till today they have never called me. SO WHAT IS HAPPENING AT MANCOSA AND WHO CAN HELP? SO if a student cannot register online that is it, MANCOSA Staff don't care as the branch could'nt even help me aswell. can anyone advise how can I report this and to who? it is now out of hand. I even requested my statement of results and no one can help, they toss me from pillar to post
