Mancosa student advisor

I started studying at mancosa mid 2022 I was a bit late but I was still accepted and I paid for my registration. Due to late enrollment I missed my first module for the semester and started my second module. My student advisor informed me that ny module will be moved to Jan 2023. In December when I emailed mancosa for the assessment dates they then told me it had been moved again to March. In March I tried to access my assignments 3 times but couldn't. I emailed mancosa as well as my student advisor and I didn't hear back from them for a long time, when I finally heard back from them they said it will be moved and I must check if I can access it. I tried to access my assignments but I still couldn't and now I can't get a hold of anyone from mancosa AGAIN.My course finishes in May 2023 and I still haven't completed my first module that I AM PAYING FOR.
