Mancosa staff is so *********** 😭

Can someone who knows their job please assist me in the accounts department. i spoke to three different people who are giving me different answers and I not sure why i cant get my results when I paid even more and my account is in advance. Can I get a manager or someone in leadership to help because these people are honestly not helpful and its fustrating
