Mancosa sets me up for failure!!! You are demoralizing and *********** with your inadequate marking structure!

Your marking procedure is appalling, degrading, and setting me up for failure. I submitted a case study assessment for Public Sector Economics, where I scored less than 50%. I asked for re-submission and had done so. I received an annotated PDF with feedback on where I went wrong and upon re-submitting the case study, I did not change the answers marked correctly, as I saw that an entire question 2 was wrong. I received the results, only to see that the question that was marked right on the first submission was then marked wrong as I did comparisons. I want a written explanation as to why this happens. I received some tacky feedback about paying a fee for resubmission and it is not my fault. I study on a work bursary and I am not about to loose it and waste my time repeating a module. I had recommended for my colleagues to study with Mancosa and I am ready to go back to work and tell them to go elsewhere. This is my future in question and I want this fixed immediately.
