Mancosa service is appalling very poor!!!

I’m a 3rd year student at Mancosa but my experience with them has never been smooth nor pleasant . I am trying to find out how much I owe since well they don’t provide us with any statement!!!! I haven’t received my results due to outstanding amounts now I want to make payments but you will call the Durban and Milpark branch until Jesus comes they never answer the calls. People that are working for Mancosa are all ***********.Even the Mancosa App isn’t much help at all!!!!!
