MANCOSA service
This is the worst institute i have ever dealt with. I am convinced they don't have anyone working for them because no matter how much I try to get hold of someone there, its literally mission impossible.
I have contacted student advisors, their website, called their numbers all to no avail. How can a tertiary institution (who we pay thousands to) be so disgustingly poor with comms? Really baffles me that their service is this bad. I have been trying to get hold of someone for more than a month. Yes more than a month. All i want is an invoice to make payment so my studies can continue ffs.
I would definitely recommend looking into alternate institutions other than Mancosa.

I am on the phone with one of your consultants today who DROPPED the call in my face after I asked for contact details. I am too upset to even type further at this point.
Dear Mancosa - I spoke to someone on *** at 10h39 on the ***. The first person i spoke to explain a bunch of useless things and then told me to hold while she gets confirmation. Seconds later the call is TRANSFERRED without telling me. 2nd consultant, this woman also needs to first email someone, i say ok fine but give me a contact number to call you because registration closes 14h00. (I don't trust you people to email me when you say you will, too many bad experiences) after i had to ask her thrice she literally just DROPPED THE CALL IN MY FACE. Is this what Mancosa is about? I will pay be paying thousands of rands next week and this is how we get treated? I have no words honestly. Beyond disgusting. Having to fight for the most basic things. Please look into who these consultants are and let me know what action will be taken. You can definitely find the call from the time stamps given above. Surely it just cannot be accepted.
