MANCOSA Sabotages You On Purpose to Repeat Modules and Pay them Over and Again!!!!

It feels like Dejavu, same time different year I am experiencing the same mess that MANCOSA and it's staff dump on us.

My academic journey with MANCOSA has been one from HELL! i have been made to repeat a module 3 times because of their messed up administration. when i thought there is nothing worse than that, on my last year, when i am supposed to be completing my qualification, i am told i must repeat another module, again this is a problem caused from their side but who must pay and repeat a module for fun? ME!!!!!! there reason i am to repeat a module is that the case study results were low, however, i enquired about a resubmission for the case study and i was told i don't have to because i will just need to get higher score from the project assignment to balance it. The project assignment was submitted and i also got low scores on that... i resubmitted and their system (MANCOSA CONNECT) did something unusual, it redirected me to the MYMANCOSA Portal and i had to submit my reassignment there. Next thing when results are released the module is marked as fail, i dispute and i was told i never resubmitted the assignment?!! i fight this and plead my case then eventually i was allowed to resubmit the assignment, but i was told even if the marks for the resubmission are high, the module will still be a fail due to the case study!!!

what the hell is this? why are you doing this to me? getting miss communication from you to sabotage me so you can suck me to dry out off money i don't have? how do you let you staff's incompetence affect us, being told different stories and also your systems doing things that you later blame us for? i have since now raised this issue via all channels vis email to Ramona, included To****a, Bonita and spoke to Logesh on *** he said he will investigate and get back to me and i am still waiting. i have to do the run around after MNACOSA staff whereas all they want is money, you must just repeat the module and they don't want to take any responsibility from their part. we must pay for their incompetence?

We are going through tough times, for me is even worse having to till deal with you every year over the same thing. How do you expect me to pay for this? do you know if i fail a module i have to pay my company back too and reregister with you again? does that even mean anything to you or i am just the unlucky and chosen one by you to mess with and just demand a repeat and money from? this is total Bull****!!! this must be sorted immediately.
