Mancosa Rude Staff

Mancosa has the most rudest staff ever, I called them yesterday trying to make an arrangement for my fees, the lady was so rude, I ended up dropping the call, you can tell she was not interested in assisting me. She just said this debt was supposed to have been settled long time again, how is that helping? I mean most companies really appreciate someone coming forward to make arrangements but not Mancosa
