Mancosa robs students of refunds

I've had a credit since July 2019 with Mancosa. My registration was messed up twice by re-registration *********** staff. I was told I cannot re-register for the same programme because it has been phased out. Now forced to register for another programme which was never in my plan. Would like my money back as per my right as a student & consumer according to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008
