MANCOSA results!!!

MANCOSA is a such a waste of time I regret registering at this institutions. Their service is terrible and one can hardly get through to their offices as their telephone lines are always busy!! When you do eventually reach someone they are unprofessional, arrogant and rude and does treat the paying student with much respect.!!

My very recent situation with MANCOSA was regarding two of my modules that I am redoing for the second time Economics 1a & 1b. Throughout the first semester of this year I've been in touch with MANCOSA regarding the KCQ tab on the my-mancosa portal that is not available to access meaning I was not able to complete any KCQ for these modules. I have everything in writing where I consulted the University about this and they responses in saying that the content is not available and that there was something wrong with their systems. I continued to follow up! No response to date! Yesterday when I received my marks MANCOSA tells me that I need to re-register for this module again as I did not meet the minimum requirements!!! I am so furious about this!! How is this my fault that their portal was faulty for these modules KCQ. I passed the exams for both these Modules. I cant understand this. This is my second time doing these modules!!! I refuse to redo this modules as this error was not my side. MANCOSA is a big MONEY MAKING **** INSTITUTION!!!!! I regret joining this institution!!!
