Mancosa remains the worse mistake of my entire existence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The stress that comes with studying through Mancosa has cost me dearly. I would never ever recommend anyone to study through this institution.... I had to quit my job last year because I couldn't do both my job and study. Now I find myself back at having high stress level due to this very institution and for the very same reason. My assignments for Introduction to Risk Management were marked by the same person and I know this because every time I received marks for both assignments, they came back with remarks that I couldn't make out what the marker wrote and every time I raised this issue with Mancosa, my cries fall on deaf ears. I am to re-submit an assignment that I don't even know where to begin to redo as i genuinely don't know what is required because for the life of me the marker's remarks could have been in Chinese for all I know. How does one begin to correct something that you don't know where you went wrong?????
