MANCOSA registration process painful!!!!

So i have been trying to re-register for my MBA and have found that i have been given Ashley Sauls as my student advisor. He has given not been helpful at all and has stalled my registration process for the last 2 weeks and now i am with June in-take. When requested to escalate my case or provide superior number who can assist, he refused. Instead told me to go the MANCOSA offices if i am not satisfied. highly uncooperative and not helpful.
