MANCOSA Refusing to refund my funds

I paid money into MANCOSA bank account for studies. I could not proceed with the studies due to administrative error by MANCOSA. I have been asking for refund since the 8th February 2022. Today (more than a month later) I am still waiting for my refund. I even tried to reach out to the principal and all I got is promises and no action. For an institution that purports to teach professional and management studies, this is shocking. From losing my academic transcripts to lack of communication, MANCOSA has proven to be the worst. I feel like they just don't care!
