Mancosa refusing to own up to their mistakes...students being disadvantaged due to failing systems!

I've been registered at Mancosa for nearly 3 years. Up to last semester, I've never had any reason to complain. However now, in my final semester with my final exams, Mancosa has completely failed me. They decided to change the structure of their Online Summative Assessments (Exam) without formally informing the students, we all discovered this change by chance. This change is still not even documented in their OSA guidelines, yet it is being enforced with immediate effect. When i became aware of these changes, I logged a query with them to question whether 1) they have tested the new system, and 2) if their network/server could accommodate the amount of traffic (system was already giving issues with the current way the OSA was structured. My query was "resolved" with no feedback at all. Now, when writing these OSA's, their system kicks you out, hangs for up to 20 minutes, people are losing 5 hours' worth of writing, etc. Stress levels during exams are already higher than normal, but with these challenges, it's 100 times worse. To be writing my final exams under these circumstances is utterly disappointing. I am not delivering my usual standard of work as i am forever worried whether i will lose my work when submitting. To make matters worse, Mancosa is refusing to take responsibility for the mess they have caused. Fellow students who have lost their works were advised to register for the supplementary exam in January 2022!!!! That is completely unfair on us students who made big sacrifices to study and prepare for these exams. Even the Dean refuses to acknowledge our complaints! I am writing this not because I like bad-mouthing the institution I am studying at. But because I am being treated unfairly, and that I will be disadvantaged in my results when I did my best to achieve the best results that I could throughout my 3-year journey, due to no fault of my own. I also want to bring this to the attention of possible new students, and what they will be up against by registering with Mancosa. Word to the wise: STAY AWAY!

Ps. This site needs to include an option to give certain institutions/businesses ZERO stars, Mancosa's recent behaviour certainly does not warrant even the 1 star!
