MANCOSA refuses for my daughter to retake assignments even though relevant documents were submitted

I am very disappointed with MANCOSA. My daughter has submitted doctors notes proving why she could not do her assignments and yet MANCOSA refuses to giver her a chance to retake the assignments and they say she must repeat the modules next year. Yet they still expect us to pay the fees for this year. This is completely ridiculous. They won't even allow her to sit for exams even though she completed to set second of assignments.

For those that are considering studying at MANCOSA, please think again. Their service has not been pleasant but fees are always at the forefront. I am heart broken.

Their consultant Amba McDonald showed no understanding or empathy at all. Simply telling us to retake the modules next year. Not thinking that fees are paid and time will be lost. She was shocking and insensitive to say the very least. She shouldn't be dealing with clients.
